On Wednesday evening, August 19, 7:30 pm CDT, there will be the Goodsoil Worship Service at Central Lutheran Church, adjacent to the Minneapolis Convention Center (where the ELCA 2009 Churchwide Assembly is taking place).
Clergy, both those coming to the Churchwide Assembly and who live locally, are invited to vest for the service. Bishop David Brauer-Rieke, Oregon Synod, will preside; Rev Barbara Lundblad will preach.
Green is the color.
Clergy meet in the lower narthex of Central Lutheran Church by 7:00 pm CDT.
