Goodsoil spokespersons available for comment following ELCA Churchwide Assembly vote

The debate on the motions to eliminate the ELCA prohibition against LGBT ministers entering into loving, caring, lifelong, same-gender relationships is to be held at 3:35 pm this afternoon as currently scheduled. At the end of that debate, a vote will be taken.

Following the vote, Bishop Hanson is expected to hold a press conference in Room 305 (entered through 306). At the end of his press conference, the following representatives of goodsoil will be present and available at the back of the room for goodsoil comment on the decision by the assembly:

Emily Eastwood, Executive Director, Lutherans Concerned / North America and one of the leaders of the goodsoil coalition
