Join in the prayer vigil during the ELCA Churchwide Assembly, August 6–11

As the ELCA meets for Churchwide Assembly in Chicago, you are invited to pray, to hold all assembly participants in prayer, and to join with others in prayer. Goodsoil is conducting a prayer vigil during the August meeting of the ELCA.

If you are connected to other networks of Christians who are committed to justice and full inclusion, tell them about this prayer vigil.

This prayer vigil is open to all. Goodsoil is committed to policy change within the ELCA, but we are Christians above all, and prayer is not partisan. We hope that people from many different perspectives and opinions will join this vigil. We hope that in praying together we can reach across our differences of opinion and find the common ground we share in the Grace of God.
